DSC’s Mission is to empower the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind, as well as to promote access to communication, services, and events in the community. DSC envisions a community where there are no communication barriers facing Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind individuals.

Requirements:

  • Adherence to the RID Code of Professional Conduct
  • Skills screening
  • BCI/FBI background check every 5 years
  • Pre-Hire Drug Screening
