Speech-to-Text Services

What is Speech-to-Text?

Speech-To-Text is a real-time computer-aided captioning system used as a support service for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.

A trained captionist utilizes specialized C-Print® software to type a spoken message into a laptop computer. The message is simultaneously transmitted to a second laptop or mobile device for the consumer to view.

The typed information appears on the consumer’s laptop simultaneously, so the consumer can follow along during the session. Notes may then be e-mailed to the consumer for review. This service can be offered on-site or remotely.
