Must call three days before the event to get a ride.

•  Permission Form MUST be signed by parents and
   received by DSC prior to transporting any child.
•  Note: Door to door transportation will be provided for those residing within the Greater Columbus
   area (within 270 Interstate). For those residing outside of 270. a pick-up point will be arranged
   nearest to home and 270.
