All individuals requesting a speaker will be asked several questions in order to complete an In-Service Workshop Data Sheet. This form will provide the necessary information to prepare your presentation. Following your request for a speaker this data sheet will be sent to you for verification of the fee along with a Presentation Agreement. Once the Presentation Agreement has been signed and returned to our office, the presentation will be confirmed and a written confirmation will be mailed to you.

Fees for Presentation Services
(Fee includes the cost of the Interpreter)

* Travel time that is more than 30 minutes from DSC's location is calculated into the
   number of total hours to provide the presentation.

All fees are subject to change and may be negotiated based on type of presentation and group.

To schedule a speaker, contact Kassandra Schrienk, Community Resource Director at (614) 841-1991 V/TTY or 866-841-1991 V/TTY or click on Making a Request. Please give advance notice of at least 15 business days to allow sufficient time to schedule a speaker and allow for preparation time.

Cancellation by the agency/organization requires advance notice of at least 48 business hours to avoid a cancellation charge. If notice is received less than 48 business hours prior to presentation date, the agency/organization is subject to a 1 to 2 hour minimum charge.
