DSC wants to know if you like or don't like our services. We do appreciate your honest feedback. If you have a problem with DSC or SOP services, do not wait. Let us know right away. We will not be mad at you for complaining. DSC wants to know how you feel. We will follow up on all problems. If you let us know about a problem, in a very short time DSC will call you back, write you a letter, or invite you to come to DSC to talk about the problem. If you are not satisfied with our answer, then the Executive Director will look into the problem and talk more with you about it. If you are still not satisfied, then your problem will go to the DSC's Board of Trustees who will work with the Executive Director in solving the problem. DSC also wants to know what you like about DSC or SOP services. It is important for DSC to know when we are doing a good job.
